15 Min Energize & Open Flow w/ Elmira
This yoga class is great for increasing your flexibility and peeling away the layers that way you down. The repetition of the poses will ease you into opening up your hips and heart. Elmira will be focusing on Sweeping Camels, Flipping your Dog (wild thing) and modified low lunge.
