Slide, lunge and pulse your way to long and lean legs. This upbeat express standing sculpt work multiple muscle groups and fire up your core. After a quick warm up, you’ll move through a a squat, sideline and reverse lunge series. Finish off with a quick cardio and standing abs. Jen will show you modifications if you want to make this low impact and still feel the BURN.
Equipment: Slider or hand towel on a smooth floor. Add light hand weights to add an upper body challenge.
