This class is designed to push you to your max effort for fast results you’ll see and feel. You'll warm up the body then work your upper body with an arm series. then transition to the mat to work your inner and outer thighs as well as your side booty for a targeted and effective burn.
Optional: 1-3lb hand weights and 1-2lb ankle weights.
