Get the studio experience in this full length Sculpt class that has a little of EVERYTHING to tone your entire body. Warm up with a dance cardio and standing series, then work up a sweat with a cardio and plank challenge. Transition to the floor for a mat series to target the thighs and glutes and finish off strong with a core blast with the ball.
Equipment: Mini ball (or small pillow), slider or small hand towel, optional light ankle weights.
