    Elongate, lift and reshape multiple muscle groups in this total body sculpting and strengthening class. Build a stronger, leaner, toned body with our creative sequencing.

  • Full Body Sculpt 20 w/ Jen

    Warm up with a dancer arm series followed by a standing arm and leg sequence. We'll then transition to the mat for a targeted thigh and booty burn and end with a quickie core burn.
    Optional equipment: 2-3lb hand weights and 1-2lb ankle weights

  • Heart Opener & Inner Thigh Inferno 21...

    You'll flow through a sculpt sequence to open up your chest while sculpting the back side of your legs. The second series will burn out your inner thighs and obliques.
