An energizing fusion of Pilates and yoga to tone and elongate every muscle. Warm up the body in a standing and plank sequence. Then move through a spicy lower body mat series. You’ll burn out the arms in between before moving to the other side and finish off with a quick stretch.
Optional equipment: 1-3lb hand weights and ankle weights.
