Substitute any nut butter you like and get creative with your toppings by adding cacao nibs, spices or even crushed nuts or seeds and make it your own.

Peanut Butter Stuffed Medjool Dates
- Medjool Dates
- Peanut Butter (or nut butter of your choice)
- 88% Dark Chocolate (or whatever your preference)
- Maldon Salt
1. Make a slit along each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
2. Place your nut butter in a plastic bag or use a butter knife and fill each date with nut butter.
3. Melt dark chocolate in a bowl over boiling water, stirring till melted and drizzle over each date.
4. Top each date with a pinch of flaky Maldon salt.
5. Make a batch and store in a sealed container. Enjoy!
