A total body toner! You’ll warm up with a squat series followed by a standing arm series. You’ll clear your space and move stagnant energy with a quick cardio burst then hit the mat with a legs, booty and core burner. Finish off with a quick cool down stretch.
Equipment: Light hand weights. Add challenge with light ankle weights.
