This no-prop full-body Sculpt class if you are just getting started with our Sculpt classes or on those days you want simple choreography but still want to feel the burn in all the right places. This class is prenatal friendly, but as always, listen to your body first!
Optional: Add light hand weights or a loop band above the knees or light ankle weights for the floor series.
