Short and sweet, this invigorating express Sculpt class will strengthen and tone your entire body. You'll warm up by opening the front side of the body and shoulders and move into a upper body sequence with hand weights. From there you'll dial into your glutes and legs in a spicy mat series and finish off with side body stretches.
Optional equipment: 2-3 lb hand weights and yoga block.
