This full body sculpt class will take you through dynamic standing and mat combinations for a total-body workout that’s fresh, fun, and uniquely challenging. Move at a pace that is comfortable for you, even if that means slowing down.
Optional equipment: 1-3lb hand weights, add ankle weights on both legs for added challenge. Yoga blocks/books to prop if you need the extra support for mat sequences.
