A full body 30 minute sculpt session designed to leave you feeling strong, balanced and toned. After a quick warmup, you'll move through an arm series then transition to the mat to focus on the glutes, thighs and backside. You'll finish up with a core burner before moving to the other side.
Optional equipment: 2-3lb hand weights and 1-2lb ankle weights.
