    A full-body strength and cardio workout using just your bodyweight. 2 circuits. 6 exercises / circuit.

    Circuit #1: Do each exercise for:
    45 seconds work & 15 seconds rest
    30 seconds work & 10 seconds rest
    20 seconds work & 15 seconds rest

    Circuit #2 : repeat as above.
