  • 30 Min Full Body Strength & Abs w/ Shaima

    Fire up your muscles with targeted standing resistance work that will strengthen and tone your entire body. You’ll then transition to core strength and stability work on the mat to activate, tone and target the abs top to bottom and side to side. Suggested equipment: set of 8-10lb weights.

  • Bodyweight Strength & Cardio 01 w/ Shahinda & Jen

    Bodyweight workout. Repeat this sequence x 3.
    Optional equipment:
    3-10lb free weights

  • Upper Body Dirty Dozen 02 w/ Shahinda

    A "Dirty Dozen" workout - 12 exercises with 12 reps per exercise. For an added challenge, repeat 2 or 3 times.
    Equipment: 2 sets of hand weights (light & heavy- 3-15lb)

  • Total Body EMOM 03 w/ Shahinda

    An EMOM “Every Minute On the Minute” cardio & strength workout: 3 exercises.10 minutes.
    Set your timer on your phone or watch. More challenge? Repeat this workout 2x for a 20 minute workout or 3x for a 30 minute workout! Equipment: Bodyweight OR add hand weights / gliders

  • Strength Pyramid 04 w/ Shahinda

    Repeat this entire workout 2 or 3 times. Optional equipment: Light or heavy free weights

  • Bodyweight HIIT 05 w/ Shahinda and Jen

    A full-body strength and cardio workout using just your bodyweight. 2 circuits. 6 exercises / circuit.

    Circuit #1: Do each exercise for:
    45 seconds work & 15 seconds rest
    30 seconds work & 10 seconds rest
    20 seconds work & 15 seconds rest

    Circuit #2 : repeat as above.

  • Metabolic Conditioning 06 w/ Shahinda and Jen

    A heart-pumping class with challenging strength sequences and an ab pyramid that will leave you feeling sweaty and strong
    Equipment: Set of light & heavier hand weights (range from 3lb-15lb).
    Summary: 50 reps per exercise. Repeat all exercises for 25 reps / exercise.
